Great For me this dress is perfect, it's exactly the type of dress I wanted, not too "look at me" but beautiful with it's lovely waist design. The fit wasn't very good, so I'd advise to buy a size bigger. I'm usually a size 12 and it would not fit, but the size 14 fits perfectly! 24 May 2012

Beautiful Classic Dress We ordered this dress for my daughter - ordered on Monday evening, arrived Friday morning - and we are both delighted with it. My daughter is normally size 6-8 so we ordered an 8 hoping it wouldn't be too small (based on size comments on other reviews) but it is actually slightly too big, so we'll need to get it taken in a little as well as taken up becuase my daughter is fairly short. I think the size issue will be affected by your cup size - it is a very tight, non-flexible fit around the bust so if you are a C cup or bigger, you'll need a larger size. The dress hangs beautifully and the decorations are georgeous. Two things which you can't tell from the photos/info on the web site; Firstly the diamantes/sequins are scattered over the whole outer layer, including the train, but much more spread out than on the bodice. These add a subtle sparkle and make the dress really pretty. Secondly, the dress comes with removable thin satin shoulder straps so if you feel uncomforable with a strapless dress, the straps are an option. My daughter looks just as beautiful in this dress as in a fairly similar one she tried on in a wedding boutique. The quality is probably slightly lower (with an odd loose thread needing to be cut off) but at a fifth of the price it is excellent value for money. 17 May 2012

tiny sizes beware ! I was very excited ordering this dress, looked beautiful and was within my budget. Im a 12/14 so ordered a 14 to be on safe side, when the dress came i was thrilled , its stunning , gorgeous beads etc, tried it on and it was tiny :( wasnt just a bit small was way off, more like a 8/10. Decided to send it back for bigger size , ordered a 18 thinking i can have it taken in if its big , well this came and unbelievably was still too small, to say i was gutted was a understatment :( Ive now sent this one back and am waiting for bigger one to come yet again , its such a shame bhs's sizes are so off as the dresses are beautiful. 09 May 2012
