There is a 5 kg weight restriction for the parcel being returned when using this service.

If you do not have a printer or the parcel to be returned is heavier than 5 kg or too large to be taken to your local post office, please contact our customer services department on 0845 1960000 who will be happy to help arrange your return.

This service is only available for non-furniture orders purchased on our website within 28 days of receipt. All queries relating to other purchases should be made to customer services.

Please pack your product carefully, preferably in the original box with the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack to equivalent standards to ensure the safe transit of the goods.

Please note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method at the time of the order and this can take up to ten days from the time of authorisation of the refund.
