Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

Delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to International addresses, Republic of Ireland, BFPO and Channel Islands. In addition we are unable to undertake 2-person home delivery for furniture to the following postcodes:

Isle of Man (IM)
Shetland Isles (ZE)
Outer Hebrides (HS)
Orkney Islands (KW15, KW16, KW17)
Western Isles (PA41 to PA78)
Isle of Eigg (PH42, PH43, PH44)
Brodick & Millport (KA27, KA28)
Isle of Scilly (TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25)

We reserve the right to change the areas to which we deliver without notice. To protect yourselves and us against online fraud your first order will be delivered to the address registered as the statement address for the card being used for payment. For your first order with Bhs we are not able to deliver to an address other than the registered address for the card you are paying with. You will be given the choice of an alternative delivery address on any order after this time.
For subsequent deliveries you may choose from

(3) Delivery to one of the ten Bhs stores listed below

If you choose delivery to store, you can collect your parcel during the opening hours of our stores once you have been notified that your order arrived in the store. Delivery to one of the ten Bhs stores above is free of charge.This option is not available for Furniture

Is there a delivery charge?

Our standard three day delivery option is £3.50 for most goods. Large items such as furniture have a £25 delivery charge and if your order is above £200 delivery is free. The charges will be displayed on the order page before payment is requested.

How soon is my order delivered?

We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days of the order being submitted on the website. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive and exclude Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays. This time frame is not guaranteed. Some furniture items may take longer and you will be notified when placing the order. Deliveries to the Highlands and Scottish Islands (all addresses with postcode areas beginning with PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly will take up to 5 working days.

What happens if I am not at home?

In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours.

In case we can not reach you or your neighbours to receive your parcel we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. A second delivery attempt will be made the next working day or you can contact our depot to schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the notification card.
