Order online and collect in store

With this service you will be able to order online and collect in a store. We will aim to get your order sent to the store within 7 days, or earlier if at all possible. Most stores we deliver to twice a week, however in some cases it can take a little longer. We minimise our deliveries to store where necessary to help save cost and the environment. You will then have a ten day period to collect it - lots of time for you to find a convenient day. The cost for this service is £3.95 - or FREE when you spend £25 or more (applies to deliveries sent to stores only).

Our Order & Collect in store service is available on almost all of our items (excluding furniture) and is very easy to use. This service is now available in all stores.

Using 'Order & Collect in store'

1. Add your item to your shopping basket as normal (the majority of items are available for Order & Collect in store. If you have selected item(s) which are not available then this option will not be shown in the checkout).
2. At the checkout select ‘your preferred Bhs store’ and choose a store from the dropdown list.
3. Enter your details and complete the secure online payment.
4. Print the confirmation page and make a note of your order number.
5. Bring your order confirmation page to the store you have chosen and collect your delivery usually from the Customer Service area of the store. Alternatively, you can ask a member of our team to help you with your order. Please bring your order number and one of the following forms of ID: driving licence, passport, pass card and a proof of address. This is required to ensure that all items are supplied to the correct person and in the case of age-restricted items such as alcohol and knives, that we comply with the law.

We'll e-mail you when your order has been despatched and will call or email you when it has arrived in store too. You can collect your parcel during the opening hours of our stores once you have been notified that your order has arrived in the store. We know that it's not always convenient to come down to the store straight away so we will look after your order for up to ten days, so you can collect when it's convenient for you.
