Associates are the front line of our business. Without their enthusiasm and commitment we wouldn't be able
to deliver a service people talk about.
Our Associates are responsible for providing proactive customer service through stock control, effective
merchandising, till control and customer interaction by co-ordinating tasks and activities on the sales floor.
Associates work in all areas of the store from the the till points through to the fitting rooms and
across all departments. At Bhs our associates are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful team players who
are confident under pressure, even when our stores are at their busiest. We offer lots of training
